What is Paperless Payments?

Paperless Payments is a free web-based tool that allows you to quickly and efficiently pass payments between Artiste, Casting Collective and your Production AD and Accounts Department, with many other benefits.

How does it work?

We provide a password protected login to the Production Assistant Director and Production Accounts for use on and offline.

Why should I use Paperless Payments?

It is a free tool that will save you and your production time and money. It’s also a greener solution to Artiste Payments.

How do I start using Paperless Payments?

Contact Beth Cleveley and after a short training session we will have you up and running within a few hours.

Do I have to use Paperless Payments?

We believe it’s your choice how you operate your supporting artiste's payments. If you prefer to stick with the traditional paper printed vouchers, that's completely fine by us. But we believe once you see how it works, you won’t look back.

ACCESSIBILITY:

Do I have to use my own computer?

You can use your own laptop or device, but if you are stuck we will provide you with one.

Can I use Paperless Payments on a phone / tablet?

Yes, Paperless Payments will work with any device.

Is it free?

Yes, Paperless Payments is free to use and more importantly will save you money.

How do I access the system if I have no internet connection?

Paperless Payments works on and offline, so if you are filming in an area with poor internet connection, you can still use it. We will explain how.

Can I print out the data?

All data can be downloaded in CSV format for you to print from a spreadsheet.

Can I access the information from my own device?

Yes, we will provide you with a secure login and you can view in any web browser. We recommend using Chrome.

SECURITY:

How secure is the data?

Payment data is highly confidential so has to be 100% secure. If you need to know more about the specifics please contact us and we can provide a technical factsheet.

Is the data backed up?

Yes, all data is backed up in the cloud.

How do I get a signature?

We will provide an e-confirmation for all artistes showing the date and time they have agreed to your project specific production terms and conditions and NDA. If your production requires a wet signature you may have to provide a separate NDA / Release form for artistes to sign.

What about an NDA?

(Non-Disclosure Agreement)

We can add a project specific NDA to the Artistes terms and conditions.
